This policy explains what information Earn7 collects when you visit our site, why we collect it, how it's stored, and the rights Indian and international visitors have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP Act) and comparable data-protection frameworks.

Earn7 is an independent India-focused mobile gaming discovery platform operated as an editorial publication. We are not a gaming operator — we do not run any games, hold any player funds, or process any deposits or withdrawals. References to "we", "us", and "Earn7" in this policy mean the editorial team responsible for the content at earn7.net.

Information We Collect Automatically

When you browse Earn7, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs technical information that is standard for any website on the internet:

• Device type, operating system, and screen size
• Referring URL (where you arrived from)
• Pages visited on Earn7 and timestamps of visits
• Cookies and similar identifiers (see "Cookies" below)

Information You Provide

Earn7 does not currently operate user accounts, comment sections, or order forms. The only information you would actively provide is whatever you choose to write in an email to support@earn7.net — typically your email address and the contents of your message. We retain such correspondence for as long as needed to address the matter and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Earn7 uses two categories of cookies and similar storage:

• Essential cookies — placed by our hosting provider Cloudflare for security, bot mitigation, and basic site delivery. Without these, the site would not function reliably.
• Analytics cookies — used to count visits and understand which categories attract Indian readers. Where present, these are aggregated and do not identify individual users.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Earn7's content remains accessible without cookies enabled, although some non-essential functionality may degrade.

Third-Party Services

Earn7 uses a small set of third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy that applies whenever you interact with their components on our site:

• Cloudflare — provides hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process technical logs of requests to our site.
• Outbound operator links — when you tap a sponsored "Install" or "Download App" button, you leave Earn7 and enter the operator's domain. The operator's own privacy policy then applies. Earn7 may receive affiliate attribution data from these clicks (such as the fact that a click happened and the link identifier), but does not receive personal information about you.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above strictly for:

• Operating, securing, and improving Earn7
• Understanding aggregate reader interest across categories (rummy, slots, satta matka, lottery, etc.)
• Attribution for affiliate links to operators
• Responding to your messages and corrections

Your Rights Under the DPDP Act 2023

If you are an Indian resident ("Data Principal" in DPDP terminology), you have the following rights with respect to information Earn7 holds about you:

• Right to access — request a summary of personal data we process about you
• Right to correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of personal data that is no longer necessary
• Right to grievance redressal — escalate complaints to our Grievance Officer
• Right to nominate — designate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf

To exercise any of these rights, write to support@earn7.net with the subject line "DPDP Request". We aim to acknowledge requests within 7 days and respond substantively within 30 days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

International Visitors

Earn7 is operated from India and primarily intended for Indian readers. Cloudflare's global edge network means data may be processed at edge locations outside India. Visitors from the European Union, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with their own data-protection regimes have rights equivalent to those described above under GDPR or comparable frameworks — write to the same address to exercise them.

Children's Privacy

Earn7 content concerns real-money gaming, which is restricted to adults aged 18 and over in India. Our site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information to Earn7, contact us and we will delete it.

Data Security

Earn7 uses HTTPS encryption for all traffic and relies on Cloudflare's enterprise-grade infrastructure security. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps consistent with industry practice to protect the limited information we hold.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, our practices, or our third-party providers. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the site for at least 30 days. The "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page always reflects the most recent revision.
