What We Cannot Help With
Earn7 is an editorial discovery hub, not an operator. We cannot assist with:
- Player account issues — deposits, withdrawals, account verification, password resets, login problems. These must be raised with the operator directly through their support channels.
- Game outcome disputes — results, bonus eligibility, KYC outcomes, or any in-game incident. The operator's terms and support team are the only path forward.
- Tax advice — TDS deductions, ITR filings, or anything specific to your situation. Speak to a qualified Indian tax adviser.
- Legal advice — state-by-state legality, individual cases, or specific game classifications. Speak to a qualified Indian advocate.
- Financial or investment advice — betting strategy, bankroll management, or personal financial planning. We are not financial advisers.
- Medical or addiction support — if real-money gaming is causing distress, the responsible-gaming helplines on our dedicated page are staffed by trained professionals and reach faster than we can.
